Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!!
